BUDGET CONCERNS?

Many people have natural concerns about working with a wedding coordinator. We suggest that you meet with the coordinator and discuss your needs and expectations.  Be honest and realistic about your budget and find out exactly what are the coordinators fees. 

Fees for event planners vary.  In general you can expect to pay between 10% to 20% of your total wedding cost for a good wedding planner.

It may seem like a lot at first, but it can be compared to a good accountant.  You can do your own taxes to save money, but an accountant can save you even more money and time as well.  A good wedding coordinator can do the same for you!  A wedding coordinator should be able to show you, in the end, how they saved you money.
